These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of products or services from Opinion Research Group at opinionresearch.group (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Agreement

By placing an order you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance. Prices are in USD and may change. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. You confirm you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

3. Delivery

Digital products are delivered digitally upon successful payment. Physical products (if any) ship to the address provided at checkout when available after order processing and approval.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

5. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the territorial or federal courts located in Puerto Rico.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
